For a new Express Entry invitation round for December,3900 invitations have been issued by the Government for PR. A candidate isrequired to score at least 445 points to qualify.
With 3900 invitations, the issued ITAs number has reached at 85,900. This way, it is short of just 123 of last year’s record setting ITA total of 786,023.
This number is likely to be surpassed as the rounds are held every two weeks, leaving a possibility for another draw this year.
The IRCC has also introduced the “tie-break” rule for the candidates with a score of 445. It will benefit the candidates with the points above 445 as well as those with the scores of 445. The candidates are required to submit their profiles before November 28, 2018 at 09:51:43 UTC.
To get immigration through Express Entry system, foreign candidates should meet the qualifications set by one of three economic immigration programs—the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
The scores would be assigned out of 12, 00 on the basis of work experience, proficiency in English or French language and education. After getting an ITA, candidates are required to submit a complete Canadian PR application to the government within 60 days from the date of receipt to submit.
Express Entry Invitation is held every two weeks by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to grant immigration to the foreign nationalists through a draw.
This was the sixth draw in a row to issue 3,900 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) and leaves Canada just 124 invitations shy of a new record for the most ITAs issued in a single year. CATEGORIES
