Now the financial auditors and accountants are on the target on Nova Scotia. With the announcement of new invitations to appeal for Canada PR to Express Entry nomination, the applicants need to have work experience in the stated field.

As per the Nova Scotia Draw details announced on Jan 24, the Express Entry applicants are invited in the stream’s initial draw of 2019 with a minimum of 05 years of work experience in the National Occupational Classification (N.O.C) 1111. Enabling the Nova Scotia’s Immigration Office to search the pool of federal Express Entry, this move will help them meet the qualified applicants with work experience in designated professions.

Details to note:

While the validity of an Express Entry profile is 12 months, it is worth noting that for this draw Nova Scotia considered profiles only submitted after July 1, 2018. Along this, there are few requirements for the selected candidates:

  • A bachelor’s degree or completing a three years program at a university/college, or a trade/technical school.
  • A Canadian Language Benchmark score of 7 in English/French for listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
  • A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score from 400 to 450.
  • Letters of reference issued by employers, i.e. a proof of 5 years work experience minimum in NOC 1111.

With this the candidates need to fulfill specific requirements including work experience and settlement funds. The letters of interest will be issued to those who are in the Express Entry Pool.
